Hoppy People a été fondé en 2016 par deux amateurs de houblon, Olivier Brighenti et David Bonjour. Hoppy People s’inscrit dans le sillage des révolutionnaires de la bière artisanale du début des années 80 aux États-Unis et en Scandinavie.
